[cisco-voip] DNS and NTP

This may be obvious, but Linux?  Can run in a VM if you need a temporary
box, or even off of a livecd or thumbdrive.  Of course, knowledge on setting
this up will be needed.

Also, if its temporary, eval version of windows server could do the trick.
