[cisco-voip] Migration of Greetings from Unity 4 to Unity 7.x/8.x?

The recordings are all wav files on the server. If you are using cobras you will just get them over, if you aren’t you can just go to your commserver folder and then I believe streamfiles, they all have names that include the call handler name and whether they are standard, closed, etc. I believe you can also save them from the media master control.

We are going to be replacing our existing CallManager 4.2 and Unity 4.0 infrastructure in the next two weeks with a new server housing UCM 7.1. I am told that there is no easy way to migrate existing Unity greetings from the old server to the new server, but I was hoping to salvage a few of the greetings we have recorded. Anyone know of a way to do this, or is it truly a lost cause?
