Are you getting silence or the beep hold tones?

On the routers, do a show ip mroute .... This tell is you have mcast routing to the interface. You have to do this when you are connected, or joined to the group (the phone is put on hold).

Subject: [cisco-voip] MultiCast routing

So I'm messing around with Multicast.

Network looks like this:

MMoH -- | -- 4506 -- 3845 -- 2821 -- PRI outside
              |-- 3750 -- |

The 4506 and the 3750 are setup in HRSP.

I have IP Multicast routing setup the whole way through and I can see the
Multicast via a show ip mroute. But from the outside I'm not getting MoH.

Any ideas as to why I'm not getting the MoH?

Thanks

Scott
