[cisco-voip] Outbound calls failing after IOS upgrade

It may be more helpful if you post your basic configuration and a debug q931
output? Or a debug voip dialpeer output?

That way you can see where it might be going wrong or if there are errors
being thrown up when you try and make an outbound call?

Is the call from Call Manager even reaching the gateway even? etc etc

Is your Route List registered and populated with the gateway in it?
