[cisco-voip] New SIP Trunk provisioning

I am getting a new SIP trunk from Quest for local and long distance service.
I have the MPLS portion turned up but I have not received any information
from them regarding the SIP service? I have not turned up a SIP trunk for
PSTN connectivity before so what information do I need from them that is
specific to the SIP setup? I am terminating the trunk into a 2921 with CUBE.
