i think it's a one to one relationship. you can't have an "uber" account. even the administrator doesn't have access as far as i know.

I'm working on a project for recording calls for Insurance purposes. 


I think Live record will work perfectly. 


My Question is we would like it to integrate with our back end DBs / storage. 


I know UC supports IMAP, but is there a way I could setup a User that has IMAP support to access all voice mail boxes? This will allow the system to be automated.
