[cisco-voip] Gatekeeper Port Issue

By default I believe CUCM will register a call signaling port using an
ephemeral port. So to me, the 1720 from CUCM is the odd-ball. It's
possible that you have a CCM service parameter on your publisher set to
use 1720 rather than an ephemeral port.

P.S. The use of the ephemeral port in GK registration is how CUCM
determines which trunk to use when it receives an incoming call (since
with GKs, we won't know all the possible source IPs).
