[cisco-voip] Unity connect 8 - IMAP Client - SMTP Authentication

When we force SMTP authentication and use the Unity Connection Alias (LDAP
Mail ID) the login fails. We continuously get prompted for outgoing mail
account. Where

error from syslog.

%UC_IMS-4-authFail:
%[UserID=someuser at domain.com][ClusterID=][NodeID=XXXXUNITY]:
An attempt to authenticate this user with the given credentials failed.


Does anyone have this working? Are there additional step other than
selecting require authentication from Unknown IP addresses?
