Fear not, just go to 15.1(2)T or later.

Right to Use license is added for ISR G2 platforms.
Old Behavior: The Right to Use license is not available for technology
packages and all features on Cisco ISR G2 platforms.
New Behavior: The Right to Use license is available for technology packages
and all features on Cisco ISR G2 platforms, except for the HSEC feature. Use
the license accept end user agreement command in global configuration mode
to configure a one-time acceptance of the Cisco End User License Agreement
(EULA) for all Cisco IOS software packages and features.
