[cisco-voip] Fax with ATA 187

Hi all,
 
I have ATA 187 with 2 faxes installed on it  over CUCM 7.1
 
Two Faxes already registered on CUCM and Already attached to their PSTN Ports 

the problem is >>> I can't send or recieve any Faxes 
 
what can be the cause of the problem ???
