[cisco-voip] FAC and CMC during SRST

Is there any way to make FAC and CMC workduring SRST mode ?
CUCM ver. 7.1(5)
VG - Cisco IOS Software, C2951 Software (C2951-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.0(1)M1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
