[cisco-voip] Live Streaming Audio on a Cisco IP Phone

The phones support Joining a multicast group and playing audio received
through that stream. This is how all partner products like Informacast
work. The commands are documented in the IPPhoneServices SDK if you are
looking to roll your own. Otherwise there are several products on the
market today that can push "listen" instructions down to groups of phones.
