[cisco-voip] intracluster call flow trace

hi everyone
 
i have clustered structere with 3 servers cucm 6.1.  
2 servers on central and 1 server on region.
 
on region ppl can make offnet calls via their 2821 voicegateway. 
but they cant call centrl internal numbers.  
to see where the problem is how can debug the issue.
 
i don know how to use tracing.  there are lots of services unde race option. 
which tarce should i sue and how to use also to see why the call setup fails 
between cucm nodes.
