[cisco-voip] UCM 7.1(5) - BIG install log file

Active should run at full or very nearly full. That partition should
only contain binaries. The 'active' partition should be fixed with
little/no changes.
The 'show diskusage' command will not work for the active partition. You
will need to open a TAC case and let them get in with Remote Account.
