I would deploy Phone View/Message Monitor over TTS as well...

I think of Message Monitor as a type of Visual Voicemail.  Some videos on Message Monitor on ciscounitytools.com. I recall you need newer Java phones for it to work, ie no 7940s

Wow, too many choices. My vote goes with Erick and Message Monitoring. It is similar to your home answering machine service that allows you to first screen your calls and then determine if you want to take the call or not.
