[cisco-voip] 15.1.2T dial-peer order

Can someone please clarify the order of dial-peer matching with the introduction of source address based matching in 15.1.2T?

15.1.2T release notes reference below link for the new feature

But the only reference I can find to its position in the matching order is in the troubleshooting debug which shows the standard order with src_carrier being last?
