[cisco-voip] SU Support on CCX

Hey folks,
Got an interesting one..
IPCC ver 8.5. Intermittent RMJTAPI login errors..
Same user works on Phone A, not phone B with Ext mobility.

Using 8.5.1SU1 and base 8.5 CCX.
Got a TAC case, but not real helpful..

The CCX compat guide does not list SU1, but in the past I've have been told by tac to call and get more up to date info...
TAC engineer is sticking on the Compat guide....
