Hello,

I forget the exact place, but you can basically specify CUPC as the source for your voicemail credentials in one of the profiles, specifically for CUPC 8.x. It's a dropdown box set to "None" as a default.

Thanks,

Subject: [cisco-voip] CUPC/ Unity Connection IMAP error? CUPC client shows Exclamation for "voice message store" and " voicemail"

CUPC client shows Exclamation for "voice message store" and " voicemail"

Login to CUPC (using my AD/LDAP username/password), open CUPC and see the blue Exclamation at bottom. Click on it, under voice message store shows "The server has rejected the provided credentials", under voicemail it shows "Disconnected"

My Unity Connection is not LDAP integrated, so is CUPC passing the AD username and password to the IMAP Unity Connection causing the IMAP login failure? Can I manually set my IMAP username/password for non-LDAP Unity Connection integrations?

CUPS/CUPC 8.5(1)

Unity Connection 8.5(1)
