Sorry, very vague.  The TP is on CUCM?  The SIP phone would be
registering to a SIP CME (CUBE)? Why?  A gatekeeper is only involved
in H.323, which isn't applicable here.

Here's the short story:
-register your TP to CUCM
-register your sip phone to CME via SIP CME
-configure a sip trunk between CUCM and CME

Each of these has a pretty extensive list of docs out on cisco.com and
google with some searching.
