The problem is local, by login in on another client (pc) everything works just fine.

Well, the full logs might help.
If this is a Vista or 7 system I would also check the FW settings. We had some issues where CUPC would apply the necessary windows firewall settings only to one location (e.g. "Domain") and another one was active later on.
