[cisco-voip] Time Display on phones

Here's an odd ball request.

We have a department that requires precise time. The do not have full blown
computers, nor do they have internet access on the terminals they use.

They used to dial the time service in our area (1 617 637 8687), but it
appears to be discontinued.  (Worked last week, but not now)

Is there any way to get the 7900 series (Mostly 7945's) to display the
seconds on the phone?  An application?
