There's a guy in Cisco Federal that specializes in those installations...with the polished wooden handsets n' all.
There's some Cisco IP phones on Airforce One as well. If you really want to see more Cisco phones watch this rah-rah video.

Notice they're using Cisco IP phones for DRSN but only old PBX phones (maybe IP phones from another vendor?...doesn't look like it) for DSN lines.
If you work in the DoD/NSA/FBI/CIA/WH - if they have CallManager in there, it'll be separate clusters for separate networks - one for SIPRNET and one for NIPRNET.
