Yes.  Any field synched with LDAP will update on next resynch.  We seem to do this on a fairly regular basis.

The user changed from c985jra to c156jra and I think in AD they just renamed him, however CallManager End Users he shows Active with c985jra.  He was changed in AD 2 months ago.
