[cisco-voip] FXO as direct line in CUCM !

In my research i was able to find connection plar-opx command and trunk command under ephone. 

Can someone confirm is this is right way to achieve my goal.

Secondly,
 if i want to achieve the same result on CUCM 7/8, can someone give me 
any direction as how to achieve it. The topology is simple

CUCM (7/8)-------------H323--------------2801--FXO --------------------- Telco

The
 phone is now registered to CUCM. I want that, when user press line 1 or
 goes off hook, FXO port 1 is automatically selected so that now he can 
dial the digits he want. Is this possible ?
