The phone is probably on a pre-8.3.2sr1 firmware and can't do a direct upgrade to 9.1.1. You should drop a 8.4.4 or something like that (anything from 8.3.3 to 8.5.1) on your flash and upgrade it to that load first. Then 9.1.1.

Hey folks,

i need some help.

I bought by ebay an cisco ip phone 7975.
The display shows only upgrade and some times later comes an error an the phone reboots.
Other phone´s are running.
I have callmanager express 8.6  an SCCP75.9-1-1SR1S.loads on the flash.

Any idea??
