[cisco-voip] Console Port connected but screen blank

yesterday i worked on 2921, 2960sw, VG224GW, they all was working now today
trying to connect thru console port on router, switch, none of them working
does any one experience this issue it happened to me first time after
connect to console port CRT is blank, tried putty blank any idea suggestions
pls?
