[cisco-voip] Multiple voice gateways

I have two 3945 voice gateways in two separate physical locations connected via a 10GB fiber connection, the buildings are only one block apart. They have a group of PRIs in both gateways that terminate calls for both sites. Should I create one device pool, region for the two gateways so they can share resources or should I keep each gateway separate?

Regards,
