We tried to deal with them. They gave the feeling their products weren't flexible in a lot of areas. Probably the same case with Informix driver versions.

Turns out it works just fine with Cisco COBRAS Export for Unity Connection 7x, however the Uplinx Report Tool is failing, I opened a case with their support team.

I struggled for some time to find a version which would work correctly with Win 7 64 bit and Cisco Unity tools.

Uninstall all versions of 3.70 and install 3.50 TC6 from the IBM site. Only select IBM Informix ODBC Driver from custom setup options. You will not see an entry in your ODBC Data Source Administrator 'Drivers' tab.

The IBM site requires registration but what vendor site doesn't these days?

The Connection Database Proxy is Activated/Started and Running. I am logging in with role Remote Administrator credientials. No firewalls, etc. No User Account Cotrol (UAC) and I'm local administrator in Windows 7.
