You could program administrator settings to only allow the user access
to the MOH pages in Communications Manager. One client we have uses an
external usb recorder/player, this way they only have to upload it to
the player- Communications Manager will always point to the same moh
stream just change the stream.

Subject: [cisco-voip] music on hold options
Hi all, our administration would like to allow our marketing department
to upload/change our music on hold. I'm guessing they'd want to record
new messages and ads every term. We are curious if there is a way to
allow them access to upload the music and make changes on their own or
if it's pretty much on us to upload the file everytime they need a
change. Do you do anything fancy with MOH? We are running CUCM
6.1.3.3190-1. TIA
