[cisco-voip] CUPS 8.5 video

So I have CUPS 8.5 setup and working.  I'm using desk phone mode and Video
doesn't work.  So I switch to soft phone mode and it does.  What gives?

Desktop phone is 7961 and 7970 running 9.2.1s both

Both PC's are running windows 7 64 bit.

CM is version 7.1.5
