i think you should be using directory lookup rules to change the four digit
calling party number to full 10 digits. that way CM doesn't send 5875 to
CUCI but rahter sends the full 10 digits. remember to rerun the cop file
after all app/directory lookup rules so that the proper XMLs are placed in
TFTP for CUCI to download. can't recall whether you need a TFTP restart for
that.
