[cisco-voip] Voice translation rule limit

If I'm reading this right, as of 15.1(M) we have (said in the voice of the Count from Sesame Street) : ONE HUNDRED RULES! muhahahahahahahaha

15.1(4)M: This command was introduced with an increase in the maximum value of the precidence variable from 15 to 100. 


Not sure if/when 15.1T has this fix. :(
