Hello,
We have Unity Connection 8.5 configured for Single Inbox. We had a user reply to a voice message he received in Outlook today and the message was delivered to the user's Unity Connection voice mailbox. I thought with Unity Connection Single Inbox, if a user forwarded or replied to a message via Outlook (Exchange), that the message would not get to the recipent's Unity Connection voice mail box??
If this is proper operation, is there a way to disable? Also, when the user received the email message in their voice mailbox, the email was read to the user. The text-to-speech for emails is disabled in the COS, but it still reads it back. Any other place I can disable?
Thanks in advance fro your help.
Regards,
Joe
