Nope. Make Dev Script *1000 in PT_Internal, etc.

Same thing with Agents and anything else CTI, you can't have same DNs in multiple partitions.

Subject: [cisco-voip] 2 UCCX triggers with same DN but different partitions

Running UCCX 8.5(1)SU2, trying to setup a production and development structure as follows:

-PROD SCRIPT
---PROD APP
------PROD TRIGGER
---------Device Name: RP_PROD
---------DN: 1000 in PT_Internal

-DEV SCRIPT
---DEV APP
------DEV TRIGGER
---------Device Name: RP_DEV
---------DN: 1000 in PT_Development

When trying to create the trigger for development (which is the same DN as production but it a different partition), I get the following message:
The Directory Number already exists. Please enter a unique Directory Number

I thought it was possible to do this. And yes, I have made sure that CUCM doesn't have anything conflicting in the dial plan.

Has anyone done this?

Thanks,
Kevin
