[cisco-voip] Cucm 6.1.5 delay

CCM traces will show you the timing of when CUCM sends the sccp messages and when it receives them. Look for StationInit coming from the phone and StationD going to the phone.

A packet capture at the phone will confirm what it sees relative to the timing of the messages. Compare the packet capture output with the CCM traces and if they differ you need to investigate why.

On a different gig now and we're running a 6.1.5.12900-7 with 7940/60G with sccp 8.1(2.0).

When users place or answer calls they have about a 1 second delay before the call proceeds or stops ringing.

Nothing in the traces and no loss or any other good indicators of a problem.

Any ideas?
