The CUE module HDD is specifically not field-replaceable. You're kind of SOL on that front unless Cisco has changed the stipulation on that in the past few years that I haven't touched a NME-CUE.

Can the hard rive on these be swapped out ?
I have found out that the module is faulty and will not let the router boot, it just cycles through the boot process .
It is being RMA'd now, but the client does not have a backup of the config. It is possible for the hard drives to be swapped ?
