The primary IP address is added when you create the port group, not phone system, I believe.

Granted, during the creation process you are asked for only one server. Once created, you can go back in, click Edit > Servers and there you can add additional servers.

It had me going for a while as well when we first deployed.

Maybe I’m missing something…
When I create a phone system integration in CUCXN I get asked for the Primary Call Manager IP. I put in one of my CCMs, but where the heck do I tell it what my backup CCM’s IPs are?

Do I need to create another integration to the second server?

I’m looking through docs and I feel like I’m missing something. In regular Unity you had a settings tab and I could put two server IPs in.
