[cisco-voip] Ringback problem when calling to PSTN

You may need to check "Media Termination Point Required" on the H.323
gateway, and make sure you have a MTP in the MRGL. As well, if you're
using G.729 you'll need a software MTP on a router. Otherwise, CUCM
or router software/hardware MTP works for G.711
