Yeah, we're working on it:

One file posted to Cisco.com is named cmterm-9971.9-2-3.cop.sgn. Peaking inside the file you can see the file had a different name when it was signed:
hexdump -C cmterm-9971.9-2-3.cop.sgn
...
00000170 2e 43 e0 d4 d8 f2 31 e9 f2 2e 0e 00 1d 63 6d 74 |.C....1......cmt|
00000180 65 72 6d 2d 39 39 37 31 2e 39 2d 32 2d 33 2d 32 |erm-9971.9-2-3-2|
00000190 37 2e 63 6f 70 2e 73 67 6e 00 0d 0d 1f 8b 08 00 |7.cop.sgn.......|
...
so cmterm-9971.9-2-3-27.cop.sgn

To get this to install for now just rename the file from cmterm-9971.9-2-3.cop.sgn to cmterm-9971.9-2-3-27.cop.sgn

mv cmterm-9971.9-2-3.cop.sgn cmterm-9971.9-2-3-27.cop.sgn

It looks like other 9.2.3 loads may also be affected. You can use the above to identify the correct filename, rename, and successfully complete the install.

Wes

The selected file is not valid.

Got the error for both 9951 and 9971 files.. MD5 matches what is listed on cisco.com though. I noticed some new features in the release notes that require a dev pack installation on call manager - is the device pack a requirement even if I don't need the features, and could this be causing the error? Release notes mention a Readme but I can't find it in the shopping cart.

Gonna load this on my test system - looks like a number of bug fixes. Has anyone else had users complain about buttons being slow/unresponsive on these models?

It just takes a little time for the mice to spin the wheels enough:

It will take another 24 hours for the images to be available in the "software search" tool on Cisco.com.
