[cisco-voip] CUCM 7.1.3.38000 need to reload for changes

Hi all I have a weird problem with a current CUCM running ver 7.1.3.3800. If
I make a change to any routing or hunt groups I need to reboot the server
for the changes to take place.

 

For example:

 

I create hunt list, group and pilot and all looks fine, but the hunt pilot
won't work. I reload the server and it works fine.

 

 

Any ideas?

 

This is a production box so I was trying to re-create by restoring in
VMWARE, but I can't find version 7.1.3.3800 on CCO.
