[cisco-voip] Forward Call H323

I have a 2801 setup H.323

Setup looks like this:

voice-port 0/2/1
 echo-cancel coverage 48
 no vad
 timing hookflash-out 500
 connection plar 2098
 description 555-123-3454
 caller-id enable

What I want to do is rather than go "connection plar", when a call hits this
port, simply redirect it to a new phone # (external).  I do not want the
phones internally to ring!

How would I do this?
