For the list this defect is new. It does not show in BugToolkit yet,
give it 24 hours.

CM hot issues feed says:
AC_J.out.log file size over 56GB on CM subscriber. , Fixed CSCef21927
But that is for CM4.1.
 
I don't see a known issue for CUCM 7.x in casual searching.  Others are 
correct that LPM will clean it up, but only if AC closes the file so it 
is not open and in use. You can see if a process has a file lock using 
the CLI command 'show open files'.  If AC server process is holding the 
file open then LPM cannot do its job.  In that case it might be worth a 
TAC case for more detailed investigation.
