[cisco-voip] debug h245 asn1

That debug is a pretty straight dump of the message text so there's very little cisco specific stuff you need to interpret.  
http://www.protocols.com/pbook/h323.htm seems to be a decent overview of the protocol.

This CSC document covers a little bit of H.245 but is more specific to CUCM traces. https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-11779
