[cisco-voip] upgrading firmware on phones without CallManager?

Workaround #2: use http to retrieve the file.

Example:
http://mycmserver:6970/XMLDefault.cnf.xml

This works on all versions after 04.1(03)ES37.  See CSCsb38067 for a bit 
of background.
