[cisco-voip] Personal caller ID?

Scenario:

VIP caller calls into Call Manager (and UCCX if that matters) and telco
does not provide caller ID (or does not provide detailed enough caller
ID).  Is there a way to create a CallerID directory on Call Manager, so
that when specific PSTN numbers call in, accurate CallerID is populated
and shows up on the phone or call agent software?

 

Can this be done with MGCP gateways or only with H323 gateways (incoming
pri)?
