Any other video client we could install on the Iphone to use the video
camera?

Subject: Re: [cisco-voip] Mobile video?
I'm on the Apple developer program, and I keep looking now and again, still
nothing official yet...
I suspect when the iPad2 comes out (with FaceTime of course ;) they will
publish it then.
However I did some research, all FaceTime is, is a SIP Proxy server with
client PKI to secure the registration. So all that's needed is a Cisco
SME/IME integration into their SIP Server ;)
I'm sure Cisco and Apple are talking about this right now, but it will be a
down to strategy if/when this happens.
Just imagine seamless internet audio/video to ANY iPhone in WiFi coverage,
not just ones with Cisco Mobile, a VPN connection and a correctly configured
CUCM. Now that would put pressure on the move from Mobile data carriers to
Internet services, also no need for managing the identity problem, it's just
the same phone number as before.
Anyway, I'm getting carried away with the possibilities, reality will be far
from that ;)

Has Apple released Facetime yet so people can start talking to it?

No Video on cisco Mobile 8.1 :(
My wish would be Apple Facetime integrated with Cisco Inter Company Media
Engine (IME), now that would be slick ;)
