[cisco-voip] cdr cluster name change not taking affect/effect

i changed the cluster name in the Enterprise Parameters CDR section but my files still show the old cluster name. 

I tried setting the CDR enable flag off then on again 
I tried restarting the 3 CDR processes 

still using the same cluster ID. 

i'd rather not restart the cluster. any idea what service controls this?
