So the wait wasn't too long.
Just posted on Cisco's page

Cisco Mobile for Android will be available March 2011.

Looks like 6.1.5, 7.1.5, 8.0.3, and 8.5 are the only supported version.
Cisco Mobile for Android is officially supported on the Samsung Galaxy S
i9000 or Samsung Galaxy Tab international version. Note, although not
officially supported, Cisco Mobile runs on many Android version 2.2 devices
with various degrees of limitations depending on the device.
The big surprise for me....
You can download Cisco Mobile for Android for free from the Android App
Market or directly from Cisco.com. To use the software, a device license is
required.
