[cisco-voip] IP Communicator half Duplex

2 options:
1. audio i/o device on pc doesn't support duplex. can you confirm
otherwise?
2. a problem in the CIPC media engine, it's happened before:
CSCsd00604 Voice cutting in and out in speakermode
