[cisco-voip] Voice Messaging vs Unified Messaging [what is the difference]

Experts,

Can you please elaborate the difference between these two term. Right now I
am going through the Design Guide for Unity release 5.0. Right now we
already have Microsoft Exchange 2003 and CallManager (4.2).

Also do we need to upgrade CCM to a higher release.
